These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.bsait.in and any pages, forms, portals or features made available through it (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is operated by B.S. Alliance Private Limited, trading as BS Alliance (“BS Alliance”, “we”, “us” or “our”), with its contact office at E-53, Site-IV, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201310, India.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site provides general information about BS Alliance and its collections and recovery, B2B receivables, contact-centre, back-office and business process outsourcing services.
Site content is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, credit, investment or other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.
Using the Site, contacting us or submitting an enquiry does not create a client, agency, creditor–debtor, employment, partnership or other professional relationship. Any services provided by BS Alliance will be governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement will apply to those services.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site only for lawful informational and business purposes. You must not:
- violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right;
- interfere with, damage or disrupt the Site, its servers or connected networks;
- introduce malware, harmful code or other malicious material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, portal, system or data;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written approval;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority or affiliation;
- scrape, harvest, index or extract Site content or data through automated means, except for conventional search-engine indexing or with our written permission;
- copy, modify, republish, sell or commercially exploit Site content without permission; or
- use the Site or its forms to transmit unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory or unsolicited material.
4. Restricted Areas and Accounts
Employee, client, administrative and other restricted areas are for authorised users only. If you receive login credentials, you must keep them confidential, use them only for their intended purpose and promptly notify us if you suspect loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
You are responsible for activity carried out using your credentials. We may monitor, suspend or disable access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or suspected misuse.
5. Enquiries and Information You Submit
Public contact forms are intended for genuine business enquiries. Submit only information that is accurate, relevant and that you are authorised to provide.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, Aadhaar or PAN numbers, bank-account information, borrower account data or other sensitive or confidential information through a general Site form. Such information should be shared only through an approved secure channel specifically provided for that purpose.
By submitting an enquiry, you authorise BS Alliance to contact you through the details you provide for the purpose of responding to that enquiry. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
If your enquiry concerns a loan, debt, repayment, settlement or account status, contact the relevant bank, NBFC, creditor or authorised grievance channel. Nothing on this Site constitutes a balance confirmation, settlement offer, waiver or payment instruction.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, designs, software and layout—are owned by or licensed to BS Alliance and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and view the Site for lawful personal or internal business use. No other right or licence is granted. You may not use the BS Alliance name, logo or branding without our prior written permission.
7. Accuracy, Results and Availability
We use reasonable efforts to keep Site content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change, remove or update content at any time.
Case studies, statistics, service descriptions and examples are contextual and do not guarantee any particular recovery, commercial, operational or regulatory outcome. Actual results depend on the relevant portfolio, data quality, market, legal framework, client instructions and other circumstances.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from harmful components. We may suspend or withdraw any part of the Site without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

BS Alliance does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BS Alliance disclaims all express, implied and statutory warranties relating to the Site, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BS Alliance and its directors, officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from or connected with use of—or inability to use—the Site.
BS Alliance’s total aggregate liability for claims arising solely from use of the public Site will not exceed INR 10,000. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct. Liability relating to contracted services will be governed by the applicable written service agreement, not this clause.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify BS Alliance and its directors, officers and employees against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your material breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, our practices or applicable law. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes take effect when published unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, each party will make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly. Subject to applicable law, the courts of competent jurisdiction at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the agreement between you and BS Alliance regarding use of the Site.
